Welcome to WHC

At WHC, everything centers on JESUS. He’s at the heart of who we are and everything we do. The Bible is our only TRUTH, plain and simple. We’re not shy about it—we’re PASSIONATE about Jesus, in our worship, in our lives, and in the way we care for each other.

We believe Jesus TRANSFORMS lives. We see it every week, it always excited us. When we talk about FAMILY, we mean something bigger than just sharing a last name. We’re talking about sharing life—celebrating, supporting, and walking together, all because of Jesus’s love for us.

What Can I Expect When I Visit?

From the moment you walk in, you’ll be greeted by someone who is happy to see and ready to help. Need to know where to sit, where to take your kids, or where the restrooms are? They've got you covered.

Our Sunday service kicks off at 10 AM and flows like this:

  • Opening prayer

  • Worship and singing (feel free to join in or just soak it up)

  • Announcements

  • Offering

  • A practical, hope-filled message from God's Word

  • Time for prayer or ministry at the end

How Long Is the Service?

Sunday mornings start at 10 AM and usually wrap up by 11:30 AM, and our Wednesday evening service runs from 6 to 7:30 PM.

What Should I Wear?

Come as you are! You’ll see everything from jeans to business casual to “Sunday best.” Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.

How Do I Let You Know I Came?

We want to connect with you. Look for cards in the chair backs you can fill out, or scan the QR code to our visitor form. If you bring your card to the Welcome Center, we have a small gift as a thank you for visiting.

What About My Kids?

We care about your kids, and we want them to have a great experience too. Our children’s pastor and team of awesome volunteers (all background-checked and trained) are ready to welcome your little ones.

  • Check-in is safe and secure: You’ll check your child in, get a printed name tag, and only you can pick them up when service is over.

Here’s what’s available for kids and teens:

  • Tiny Treasures Nursery (infant to 3 yrs): Open for all services, located in our children’s wing

  • JAM (Jesus and Me) (ages 4–12): Sundays at 10 AM and Wednesdays at 6 PM—Bible lessons, crafts, snacks, and fun

  • THRIVE Youth (teens):

    • Wednesdays at 6 PM

    • 2nd Sunday of the month, 10:30 –11:30 AM

    • Sundays, 6–8 PM for Youth Assembly

    •

Communion

We celebrate communion on the first Sunday of every month. If you’ve accepted Christ as your Savior, you’re welcome to join in.

Groups and Ministries

There are plenty of ways to connect at WHC:

  • Ministries for men, women, and singles

  • Women’s Bible studies

  • Young adults (up to age 40)

  • Healing rooms (monthly)

  • Classes for new members and new believers

  • Grief support and prayer meetings

  • Classes before and after services

These groups and gatherings are where friendships are formed and support is found. No matter where you’re coming from, there’s a place for you here. Don't see what you're looking for? Ask somebody in leadership. Maybe you are who we've been waiting for to meet that need.
