Life Groups

Starting September 13, 2026

At World Harvest Center, we believe that church is more than a building or a Sunday service—it’s about genuine relationships and growing together in faith. That’s what Life Groups are all about.

A Life Group is a circle of people who meet weekly to connect with each other and with God. Every Sunday morning at 9:00 am, groups gather to read the Bible, ask honest questions, and encourage each other in daily life. You don’t have to be a Bible expert—just come as you are.

Each Life Group lives out the five purposes of the early church found in Acts 2:42-47:

Discipleship, Fellowship, Ministry, Evangelism, and Worship. In other words, it’s about learning about God together, building friendships, serving and praying for one another, and reaching out with God’s love.

Why Should I Come? Life Groups are the heartbeat of our church. They’re where you’ll find support when you need it and where you’ll get the chance to support others. Whether you’re new or have been around a while, Life Groups are where real community happens.

What About My Kids? We have Life Groups for every age, from babies and preschoolers to children and teenagers. While you’re connecting in your group, your kids will be learning about Jesus in a class designed just for them.

Which Group Is Right for Me?    Life Groups are organized by age, so you’ll be with people in a similar stage of life—kids, teens, young adults, adults, and seniors. Not sure where to go? Don’t worry. Our team will greet you and help you find the best fit. If you try a group and it doesn’t feel quite right, it’s no problem—just check out another one next week. We want you to feel at home. When & Where? Life Groups meet every Sunday at 9:00 am at the Harvest Conference Center, #1012, or at the location directly north, #1004. Look for the signs as you arrive—there’s always someone to help point you in the right direction. Groups finish by 10:10 am, just in time for our Sunday Worship Service at 10:30.

Do I Have to Know the Bible? What If I Miss a Week? You don’t need any background in the Bible to join a Life Group. Each week’s lesson stands alone, so if you miss a Sunday, you can jump right back in without missing a beat. The only “textbook” is the Bible, and you’ll never be put on the spot to read aloud unless you want to volunteer.

Can I Invite Someone? Absolutely! Life Groups are open to everyone. Bring a friend, a family member, or even someone you just met. There’s always room for more.

Ready to check out a Life Group? Come just as you are—no need to sign up. We can’t wait to meet you and walk alongside you as we grow, learn, and live out our faith together. If you have more questions, just ask when you arrive, or contact us at 505-327-0941.
